Letter and Medicals information

Letter and Medicals Charges

Fees for Non-NHS Services

Please note pre-payment is required for all reports. We ONLY accept payment by card or bank transfer. We no longer accept any payments by cash.

Once payment has been received, we aim to process requests within 14 working days.

For reports required for employment purposes you should ask your employer to write to the surgery with specific questions. Employers will need to gain and provide written consent from the patient.

Reports required by insurance companies are usually paid for by the company. Please check your policy for further information as to whether you need to pay for the report yourself.

Letters for schools

Schools sometimes require information about a child to support adjustments within the school environment. As a general rule the school should take the parent's word for the child's requirements.

If school is insistent that a letter from a GP is required they must request this from us directly as this is a chargeable service.

Please take/send this letter to the school if they are requesting that you get a letter from the GP.
